Domestic Shipping (Inside the USA)

We make every possible effort to ship all orders received before 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time the same day. Please note that we operate Monday through Friday - any orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday will ship the following Monday.

All domestic orders ship via FedEx Express. The shipping cost displayed at checkout reflects the exact cost to ship your order based on your delivery address. Please be aware that some rural areas carry a higher delivery cost.

FedEx Express pricing is based on a Flat Rate Service, meaning the rate is determined by the size of the box required to ship your parts:

  • Large Flat Rate Box - Required for rear sprockets and larger parts that do not fit in a smaller box.
  • Small Flat Rate Box - Available for small parts only, such as a few front sprockets or timing chain tensioners.

International Shipping (Outside the USA)

For international orders, we ship via the US Postal Service (USPS), which is generally the most reliable and cost-effective option for international destinations. However, mail system reliability varies by country, it is the customer's responsibility to determine whether postal service shipping is appropriate for their region.

Please note: Dirt Tricks, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance on all international shipments.

US Postal Service Priority International typically delivers to most destinations worldwide within 10-14 business days. Please be aware of the following:

  • Tracking information on USPS international shipments is very limited and may not be available in all cases.
  • USPS contracts with your country's local postal service for final delivery. In some cases, you may need to visit your local post office or customs office to retrieve your package.
  • All duties, fees, and taxes assessed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

International Box Options

  • Small Flat Rate Box - Maximum weight: 4 lbs. Suitable for small parts such as a front sprocket or timing chain tensioner. Rear sprockets, chains, and brake rotors will not fit in this box.
  • Medium Flat Rate Box - Maximum weight: 20 lbs. Can accommodate up to 8 rear sprockets with 10 front sprockets, approximately 10 brake rotors, or a sprocket and chain combo package.
