Thank you for shopping at Dirt Tricks. We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Refund & Exchange Window

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, no refund or exchange of any kind will be issued. The customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways on all exchanges.

Important: Dirt Tricks processes all returns via PayPal. Please ensure you have an active PayPal account before initiating a return.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchange shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Gift Purchases

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive gift credit for the value of your return instead of a monetary refund.

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at:

Items Exempt from Refunds

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Gift cards
  • Used products

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your PayPal account within one business week of refund confirmation.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your PayPal or bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — posting can take several business days.
  3. If you have completed both steps and still have not received your refund, contact us directly at sales@dirttricks.com.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • Please note: we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
