Domestic Shipping inside the USA:

We make every possible effort to ship all orders received before 12pm (Pacific Standard Time) the same day. This includes both domestic and international orders. Please note: we are open Monday – Friday so any orders received after 12pm on a Friday will ship the following Monday. All orders will ship via FedEx Express. The amount you see is the amount that it costs us to ship you. This is based on your address, some rural areas have a much higher delivery cost.

The FedEx Express pricing is based on the Flat Rate Service. This rate is fixed by the cost of the particular box that will be required to ship your parts to you. In other words, if you order a rear sprocket, your only option is the Large flat rate box as a rear sprocket will not fit into a small flat rate box. The small flat rate option is only available for small parts, such as a couple of front sprockets or timing chain tensioners.

International Shipping outside the USA:

The US Postal service is the best option for orders going to international destinations. However, in some parts of the world, the mail system is unreliable. It is up to you to determine if shipping via the postal service is appropriate. Dirt Tricks, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages; we highly recommend purchasing insurance of all international shipments.

US Postal Service Priority International Shipping: Priority international service will typically deliver to most parts of the world in 10-14 business days. There is very limited tracking information on US postal shipment, in many cases there is no tracking information available. The US Postal service contracts with the postal service of your country for delivery. In some cases, you may need to visit your local post/customs office to retrieve your package. All duties, fees and taxes which may be assessed are your responsibility.

Small Flat Rate Box this box has a 4lb weight limit maximum. This should be used for ordering small parts such as a front sprocket or a timing chain tensioner. A rear sprocket, chain or brake rotor will not fit in this box.

Medium Flat Rate Box this box has a 20lb weight limit maximum. This box can hold up to 8 rear sprockets with 10 front sprockets, or about 10 brake rotors. This box is also the best option for shipping a sprocket/chain combo package.
